Não moramos em Belém, fiz contato ontem via Whatsapp, (o que eles não sabiam) que falava com eles direto do Rio Grande do Sul, e a peça seria pra atender minha mãe em Tucuruí ., e eles conseguiram agilizar tudo em menos de 24hs.

We don't live in Belém, I made contact yesterday via Whatsapp, (which they didn't know) that I spoke to them directly from Rio Grande do Sul, and the part was to serve my mother in Tucuruí., and they managed to speed everything up in less than 24 hours .
