Sempre que vou lá em busca de algo, escuto alguém no corredor dos chocolates querendo tirar dúvidas, muitas vezes eu até ajudo, pois sou formada na área. Penso que Jaú carece de aulas que ensinem as técnicas e materiais corretos a serem utilizados por seus clientes que buscam renda através da fabricação de doces artesanais
The store has the main items for confectionery, but little variety. It would be nice to have a space for classes. Whenever I go there looking for something, I hear someone in the chocolate aisle wanting to ask questions, I often even help, as I'm trained in the area. I think that Jaú lacks classes that teach the correct techniques and materials to be used by its customers who seek income through the manufacture of artisanal sweets.
