★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A uns dias atrás ocorreu uma situação um pouco desagradável, e tudo foi resolvido com um pedido de desculpas do próprio dono juntamente com as desculpas um convite para voltarmos lá e comermos novamente sem pagar absolutamente nada ! Dessa vez fomos bem atendidos estava tudo muito bom, adoramos a 2 experiência lá, obrigada Mateus Simas pelo convite e Leonardo pela recepção.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ambiente é bacana ..mas o atendimento não foi nada bom,fiz um pedido de uma porção esperamos uma hora e nada pois tive perguntar ao chefe de cozinha disse que não tinha nada de pedido lá não e depois queriam correr mas as bebidas são boas
The atmosphere is nice ..but the service was not good at all, I ordered a portion we waited an hour and nothing because I had to ask the head chef he said there was nothing to order there and then they wanted to run but the drinks are good

Estávamos em um grupo de 12 pessoas em uma confraternização, foi gasto mais de 1k na mesa entre comidas e bebidas, ao final foi solicitado uma saidera (1 copo de chopp) para o casal da mesa q estava comemorando 41 anos de casados para fechar a conta e o msm foi negado pelo dono do estabelecimento. Saímos com a impressão de uma total falta de empatia da casa e do dono por não se mostrar interessado em fidelizar seus clientes com um simples gesto de agrado. Detalhe 1 copo de chopp na casa sai por 15,00. Conclusão não seja esse tipo de empreendedor, pq vc irá perder alguns clientes com essa atitude mesquinha q com certeza não irá fazer uma recomendação positiva simplesmente por uma atitude egoísta.

We were in a group of 12 people in a get-together, more than 1k was spent on the table between food and drinks, at the end of the day, a leftera (1 glass of beer) was requested for the couple at the table who were celebrating 41 years of marriage to close the account and the msm was denied by the owner of the establishment. We left with the impression of a total lack of empathy from the house and the owner for not showing interest in retaining their customers with a simple gesture of pleasure. Detail 1 glass of draft beer at the house costs 15.00. Conclusion do not be that type of entrepreneur, because you will lose some customers with this petty attitude that you will certainly not make a positive recommendation simply for a selfish attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O restaurante é muito bonito, o bar também. Tratando-se de drinks, eu amei. Tomei o cosmopolitan e a marguerita e estavam divinos! O que me incomodou muito foi a falta (ou inexistência) de opções vegetarianas e veganas. Os atendentes ofereceram um cardápio a parte com caldos e cremes e eu amo! Fiquei muito feliz que tinha caldos levando em consideração que era uma noite bem fria. Porém, para minha decepção, os quatro caldos tinham carne, ou peixe, ou bacon ou calabresa. Se tivesse pelo menos uma opção sem, já seria ótimo. Perguntei para os atendentes se eles tinham a sopa sem a carne e fui informado que não, muito provavelmente por que a sopa deve ser pronta. Outro ponto que me incomodou bastante é que as músicas eram super repetitivas, chegou a tocar três ou quatro vezes a mesma música. Um aspecto positivo sobre o local é o atendimento. Os atendentes são todos muito simpáticos e solícitos. Não tenho tanta certeza se voltaria pela falta de opções vegetarianas, porém como bar em si vale a pena.
The restaurant is beautiful, the bar too. As far as drinks, I loved it. I had the cosmopolitan and the margarita and they were divine! What bothered me a lot was the lack (or non-existence) of vegetarian and vegan options. The attendants offered a separate menu with broths and creams and I love it! I was very happy that I had broths considering that it was a very cold night. However, to my disappointment, the four broths had meat, or fish, or bacon or pepperoni. If you had at least one option without, it would be great. I asked the attendants if they had the soup without the meat and was told no, most likely because the soup should be ready. Another point that bothered me a lot is that the songs were super repetitive, they even played the same song three or four times. A positive aspect about the place is the service. The attendants are all very friendly and helpful. I'm not so sure I would go back for the lack of vegetarian options, but as the bar itself it's worth it.
