★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa, que nao valoriza seus funcionários, conheci pessoas que trabalham lá a mais d 10 anos e ainda ganham a mesmo salário de quando entrou, não tem aumento salarial, não tem plano de carreira e nem PLR. salário Aux-operador de máquina ganha 5,91 você é contratado como Aux de prod tendo que fazer serviço fora de função, uma falta de educação dos líderes, supervisores e gerência, não dão treinamento adequado para realizar o trabalho, muita cobrança aos funcionários, principalmente na parte de injetoras e montagem não tem ferramentas para trabalhar sempre aquele famoso jeitinho BR quer dizer jeitinho português com pedaço de ferro, graxa de sapato para tampar manchas em peças, não fazem banheiro para o funcionário você tem larga o seu posto para ir, mesmo com máquina funcionando e caindo peças.Você que leu e quer entrar na simoldes meu amigo boa sorte...
As pessoas que falam bem de lá maioria são puxa saco de chefe que ganharam cargo e não fazem nada e as outras são aqueles tá ruim mas tá bom
