★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já havia realizado compras presenciais e nunca tive problema, mas ontem um dia antes do dias das mães contatei vai o numero do WhatsApp (divulgado por eles na faixa em frente a loja), a resposta demorou a vir, quase 1 horas depois o atendente se desculpou e entao segui com o atendimento. O atendente me passou as opções e valores fechamos o arranjo, taxa de entrega e combinamos o horário. Aguardei um pouco depois do horário agendado para contata-los novamente no numero do WhatsApp, dizendo q estava ansioso pela entrega, foi quando o atendente falou comigo como se iniciasse um novo atendimento e questionando muito gentil se eu queria alguma coisa. Entao respirei fundo, e disse sim combinamos ontem um entrega para hoje (Dias das mães) e estou aguardando. Agora quase 3horas após o horário agendado da 1a entrega, nao tive nenhum retorno. Então agradeci o atendimento e disse q nao precisava mais realizar a entrega.
I had already made face-to-face purchases and I never had a problem, but yesterday the day before Mother's Day I contacted the WhatsApp number (posted by them in the strip in front of the store), the response took a long time to come, almost 1 hour later the attendant excused and then I followed up with the service. The attendant gave me the options and values we closed the arrangement, delivery fee and agreed the time. I waited a little after the scheduled time to contact them again on the WhatsApp number, saying I was looking forward to the delivery, that's when the attendant spoke to me as if starting a new service and asking very kindly if I wanted anything. So I took a deep breath, and said yes yesterday we agreed to deliver today (Mother's Day) and I'm waiting. Now almost 3 hours after the scheduled time of the 1st delivery, I had no return. So I thanked the service and said that I no longer needed to deliver.
