★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na clínica por duas vezes a primeira vez para realização de 2 exames , e só consegui realizar um, pois alegaram que que o plano não autorizou a realização do mesmo,na segunda vez para realizar um RX no meu filho , liguei para clínica no dia anterior e fui informada que faria pelo plano e o atendente agendou o exame para o dia seguinte, ao chegar na clínica , após aguardar mais de 1 hora, tive a surpresa que o procedimento não seria feito, pois não havia cobertura do plano nessa clínica, paguei o exame do meu filho, e tive que aguardar mais de 2 horas para a realização do mesmo, com meu filho operado. Atendimento ruim, constrangimento aos pacientes, informações desencontradas . Eu tinha condições de pagar o exame e quem não tem?
Obs: Gostaria de elogiar a profissional que exerce a função de técnica de Rx nesta unidade, pois a mesma foi super atenciosa com atendimento.

Bad service, embarrassment to patients, mismatched information. I was able to pay for the exam and who can't?
Note: I would like to commend the professional who performs the role of Rx technician in this unit, as she was super attentive with service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, meu pai foi fazer uma tomografia com contraste,na sede de engenheiro Pedreira, teve que ir 2 vezes para fazer pq a primeira deu erro, estou a quase 1 mês pra receber o resultado, pois eles só me entregaram 1 resultado de 3 tomografia que ele fez. Meu pai é paciente oncológico, precisa dos resumos das tomografia e até agora nada. Segundo a clínica está esperando o médico da o laudo.
Horrible, my father went for a CT scan with contrast, at the Pedreira engineer's headquarters, he had to go 2 times to do it because the first one was wrong, I'm almost 1 month away to receive the result, because they only gave me 1 result of 3 CT scans that he did. My father is an oncology patient, he needs the CT scan summaries and so far nothing. According to the clinic, the doctor is waiting for the report.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima estive na sede de engenheiro pedreira,estive acompanhando uma amiga para fazer uma ultrassonografia,cheguei às 12h50 quando foi umas 16:50 ainda tinha mais umas 4pessoas para ser atendidas junto com a gente informaram que a máquina deu problema e que teria remarcar a data. Reclamei com a atendente a situação de só informar na hora de fechar a clinica ainda fui ign orada.Tinha idosos que vieram de longe
