Worst real estate there is! They go unanswered for weeks, they invented a problem at the door that had existed since before the change to discount me 400 reais on termination.

Só mostram interesse e atenção quando tem interesse de serem contratados, mas quando necessitamos dos serviços para resolver algum problema são extremamente resistentes em nos atender e grosseiros.
Maior prejuízo que tive alugando casas foi contratando esta imobiliaria. Nao recebi o aluguel, tive que pagar as pendencias de água e luz deixadas pelo locador e ainda tive o prejuízo de danos causados no imovel. Ao ser procurado o Sr Francisco simplesmente diz que nada disso é de responsabilidade da imobiliaria. Se cuidar e zelar pelo comprimento do contrato nao é de responsabilidade da imobiliaria eu nao sei pra que ela serve entao!
Lousy real estate!
They only show interest and attention when they are interested in being hired, but when we need the services to solve a problem they are extremely resistant to assist us and rude.
The biggest loss I had when renting houses was hiring this real estate. I didn't receive the rent, I had to pay the water and electricity bills left by the landlord and I still had the damage caused to the property. When contacted, Mr Francisco simply says that none of this is the responsibility of the real estate. If taking care and watching over the length of the contract is not the responsibility of the real estate I do not know what it is for then!
