Contratei 2mb, e mesmo que a garantia mínima seja de 10% (200kb), a velocidade máxima de conexão as vezes não passa de 100kb.
Sinceramente, dá até vontade de processar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei umas 10x as 16:30 atendiam e desligava logo em seguida fiquei tentando as as 17h para ser informado q o "atendimento" por telefone tinha encerrado.
Pago 2 mega para receber isso.
I called 10x at 16:30, they answered and hung up right away, I kept trying at 17:00 to be informed that the "service" by phone had ended.
Paid 2 meg to receive this.
