Notei que a Oficina é Excelente e os funcionários são sérios e eficientes e são todos muito simpáticos. Eu Recomendo.
 Excellent Service Provided and Consultant Soares served me very well and explained all the service I requested; I received the vehicle clean and verified that the Overhauls were carried out successfully and the vehicle was very good after the Overhaul and it still resolved the noise that there was. Comprei em março/2021 uma EcoSport branca 2014/2015 na loja Nissan Radial Leste/SP. Por se tratar de uma loja com nome confiei totalmente, para meu desgosto, fui completamente enganado.
Ao tentar revender o carro, na vistoria cautelar o carro foi reprovado por estar em estado completamente avançado de ferrugem. O estado de ferrugem é tão avançado que não posso nem rodar com o carro por correr perigo das torres cederem e o carro capotar, o que me foi vendido neste estado. Além de ser lesado financeiramente, também colocando minha vida e de outros em risco.
Em janeiro 2022 retornei a loja com o laudo de vistoria em mãos, e estou tentando devolver o carro. O gerente da loja, segundo o vendedor, em contato com a diretoria só pode me oferecer 46 mil e eu até aceitei o valor, mesmo que eu tenha pago R$51.990 à vista. Todavia estou com o carro parado, e há dias tentando resolver este problema que até o momento me dizem que estão aguardando a diretoria.
Completo absurdo, falta de honestidade e caráter.
Bought a rusty car!!!
I bought in March/2021 a white EcoSport 2014/2015 at the Nissan Radial Leste/SP store. Because it is a store with a name I trusted it completely, to my displeasure, I was completely deceived.
When trying to resell the car, in the precautionary inspection the car was disapproved for being in a completely advanced state of rust. The state of rust is so advanced that I cannot even drive the car because of the danger of the towers giving way and the car overturning, which was sold to me in this state. In addition to being financially harmed, also putting my life and others at risk.
In January 2022 I returned to the store with the inspection report in hand, and I am trying to return the car. The store manager, according to the seller, in contact with the board, could only offer me 46 thousand and I even accepted the amount, even though I paid R$51,990 in cash. However, I have the car stopped, and I've been trying to solve this problem for days and so far they tell me they're waiting for the board.
Complete nonsense, lack of honesty and character.
