★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento e a vistoria é muito demorado. Todo ano é da mesma forma, tem que chegar de madrugada pra entrar na fila, os atendentes são muito lentos. Até parece que a gente está pedindo favor para eles, apesar de está pagando por um serviço tão caro. A demora para uma vistoria é de praticamente o dia todo.
 Very poor service and the inspection is very time consuming. Every year is the same way, you have to arrive at dawn to get in line, the attendants are very slow. It seems we're asking them a favor, even though they're paying for such an expensive service. The delay for a survey is practically all day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal super arrogante, mel educados, não passam informações precisas. Pedem para agendar a vistoria, você agenda paga adiantado, e no dia agendado você que agendou não tem preferência. Muito desorganizado.
Super arrogant staff, polite honey, do not give accurate information. They ask to schedule the inspection, you schedule paid in advance, and on the scheduled day you scheduled it has no preference. Very disorganized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse empresa precisa ser denunciada por que a gerência da privilégio aos despachantes fui com um amigo meu de 70 anos dia de janeiro não conseguimos vaga eles acenaram para dia 21 do mês correte. Chegamos de 7 horas o gerente pegou primeiro os carros do dia. Perguntei os agendados ele disse que não tinha mais reclamei ele gostou e disse o carro do idoso iar ser o ultimo e foi mesmoficamos até oito da noite e ainda reprovou o carro tivemos que voutar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento telefônico, demora excessiva, precisei chegar às 3h da madrugada para conseguir sair às 13h da tarde e olha q fui o primeiro a ser atendido! Os avaliadores até q são educados mas o restante... Dou uma estrela pq n pode dar menos!!!!
