★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabalhei há 3 anos lá, o atendimento para o cliente comum e empresário é sempre bom, mas a relação empresa x funcionário, era péssima, o funcionário não valia nada lá, salário baixo, benefícios bem fracos, sem convênio, um líder antigo de casa é extremamente arrogante, não sabe se relacionar com as pessoas, outro líder gritava com os funcionários, era bem ruim, não recomendo. Empresa com perfil antigo, não confia no funcionário. Fiquei lá o tempo que fiquei por estar precisando mesmo do trabalho. Graças a Deus saí de lá! Quando se trabalha em empresas com perfil startup a realidade que passei no Sinc é inexistente. Simples assim.
I worked there 3 years ago, the service to the common client and entrepreneur is always good, but the company x employee relationship was terrible, the employee was worthless there, low salary, very weak benefits, without an agreement, an old leader at home he is extremely arrogant, he does not know how to relate to people, another leader shouted at the employees, it was very bad, I do not recommend it. Company with an old profile, does not trust the employee. I stayed there for as long as I really needed the job. Thank God I left there! When working in companies with a startup profile, the reality that I went through at Sinc is non-existent. That simple.

Sabendo que abre as 7:00 pois só entro no meu trabalho as 10:00 da manhã e pensei vou cedo para não atrasar pois bem
Demorou tanto para fazer uma simples troca de função
Que eu me atrasei para o meu trabalho
A falta de consideração com as pessoas é tão grande
Que só tinha somente um médico
E dois rapazes na recepção
Lembrando que desses dois rapazes um parece estar aprendendo a trabalhar com isso agora
Pois demora demais para passar somente uma pessoa
I arrived at the place at 7:20 in the morning.
Knowing that it opens at 7:00 am because I only get to work at 10:00 am and I thought I'm going early so I don't be late, well
It took so long to do a simple role switch
That I was late for my work
The lack of consideration for people is so great
That there was only one doctor
And two guys at the reception
Remembering that of these two guys one seems to be learning to work with it now
Because it takes too long for just one person to pass

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiramente estou dando 1 estrela pois não é possível colocar 0 estrelas, em fim, fui realizar meu exame demissional, que por ventura fui orientado pelo funcionário Lucas da recepção que não precisava fazer agendamento, apenas comparecer no local que ficava aberto das 7 hrs as 11:30, consequentemente cheguei no local 10 hrs e mesmo assim não quiseram me atender, informaram que as senhas disponíveis já tinha encerrado e que só havia 1 médico atendendo, 1 médico como é possível, essa empresa é mentirosa, desrespeitosa e sem empatia, eles não estão preocupados se vocês gastou dinheiro com deslocamento, se vocês pegou chuva ou trânsito ou até mesmo se perdeu dia de trabalho para ir ao local, o importante pra eles é ficar sentado coçando na cadeira e não atender ninguém!
First, I'm giving 1 star because it's not possible to put 0 stars, in the end, I went to take my resignation exam, which I was guided by the receptionist Lucas who didn't need to make an appointment, just show up at the place that was open from 7 am to 11 am :30, consequently I arrived at the place at 10 am and they still didn't want to attend to me, they informed that the available passwords had already ended and that there was only 1 doctor attending, 1 doctor as is possible, this company is a liar, disrespectful and without empathy, they they are not worried if you spent money on commuting, if you had rain or traffic or even if you missed a day of work to go to the place, the important thing for them is to sit there scratching in the chair and not attend to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu nunca tinha necessitado ir nesse local mas precisei ir. Antes, fiz questão de ligar e perguntar se tinha que agendar. O atendente (Lucas) falou que não e que era só ter o doc. solicitando o exame. Ele só mencionou isso. Inclusive no doc. que me enviaram citava que o atendimento era de seg. a sexta das 7 às 12 hs. Então fui ao local e na chegada já fui barrado. Me falaram que o atendimento era somente até às 11:30 e pra quem tivesse chegado antes; fora que tinha um papel lá falando que só eram atendidas as 50 primeiras pessoas. Revoltante!!!
Citei que o atendente não tinha citado nada disso mas mesmo assim não fui atendido... Perdi meu tempo, gasolina e como estava em horário de serviço ainda, certamente um desconto no pagamento. Ridículo isso. Eles precisam rever os horários de atendimento deles e instruir melhor os funcionários no atendimento... Não recomendo.
PS: Voltei no local alguns dias depois, bem cedo. O médico que me atendeu foi muito atencioso, educado. Por causa dele e do respeito que demonstrou, eu mudo parte de minha opinião sobre o local. Recomendo o médico e não o local. Mudo de 1 pra 3 estrelas.
I had never needed to go there but I had to. Before, I made a point of calling and asking if I had to schedule. The attendant (Lucas) said no and that it was only necessary to have the doc. requesting the exam. He just mentioned it. Even in the doc. that sent me mentioned that the service was from Mon. Friday from 7 am to 12 pm. So I went to the place and on arrival I was already barred. They told me that the service was only until 11:30 and for those who had arrived earlier; apart from that there was a paper there saying that only the first 50 people were served. Revolting!!!
I mentioned that the attendant had not mentioned any of that but I was still not answered... I wasted my time, gas and as I was still on duty, certainly a discount on payment. Ridiculous that. They need to review their opening hours and better educate the employees in the service... I don't recommend it.
PS: I came back to the place a few days later, very early. The doctor who attended me was very attentive, polite. Because of him and the respect he showed, I change some of my opinion of the place. I recommend the doctor, not the place. Change from 1 to 3 stars.
