★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima...trabalhei com uma médico dez anos, sem registro, agora preciso da convenção coletiva de trabalho, eles não me forneceram, pois como não faço parte do sindeess, querem me obrigar a fazer o cadastro da emprega, para pagar o sindicato. E sem essa convenção o advogado não pode fazer os cálculos trabalhista. Será que estão querendo que entre na justiça pelo sindicato. Isso e uma vergonha, fiz uma denuncia no Ministério Público.
Terrible ... I worked with a doctor for ten years, without registration, now I need the collective labor agreement, they did not provide me, because as I am not part of the sindeess, they want to force me to register the company, to pay the union. Como uma tal cobrança indevida de uma taxa chamada COTA DE PARTICIPAÇÃO NEGOCIAL direto na folha de pagamento 3x de 40 reais sem ao mesmo participar do sindicato/convenção ou mesmo ser avisado antes, de maneira sorrateira para "arrecadar" dinheiro. Se todos procurarem seus direitos na justiça atitudes como essas vai ser evitadas.
