Pra vc se posicionar contra, vc tem que passar frio na garagem da CMTC, ficar brincando de dança das cadeiras e escrever três vias de uma carta, feita por extenso, com mais de 20 linhas só de legislação, até a sua mão deslocar; E mesmo assim, não é garantia de que não haverá o desconto. Esse é o sindicato a favor do trabalhador!

Local tranquilo, pode estacionar o carro na rua sem preocupação, dentro do sindicato tem sala de espera, banheiro, livros, tv e bebedouro. Horário marcado antecipadamente. Fica aproximadamente 15 minutos da estação do metrô até o local. Para os trabalhadores que precisam de orientação sobre os cálculos trabalhistas, ótimo lugar para categoria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo sindicato, liguei para tirar uma dúvida e a pessoa foi extremamente mau educada, ela falou que era do setor de cobranças e que não tinha nada a ver com o problema e eu perguntei com quem eu podia resolver, ela simplesmente falou: "não é comigo" e desligou na minha cara. Por isso não devemos dar 1 real para esses sindicatos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O único serviço que utilizei neste sindicato foi o atendimento médico, o qual existiu as dois anos atrás , e realmente não havia o que reclamar. Em março de 2020 mediante a pandemia ( COVID ) este paralisou suas tarefas , o que foi procedimento para a maioria dos estabelecimentos.
Porém em momento algum ,deixou de ser descontado um único mês as taxas e tarifas referente aos seu serviços em meus holerites, e agora com tudo normalizado , todos os estabelecimentos funcionando, onde não há mais restrições exceto que seja obrigatório o uso de mascaras e álcool gel , toda as vezes que ligo para saber do retorno do atendimento médico, somos informados que não há previsão , mediante ainda a questão da pandemia , e os débitos continuam .
Isso para mim , não passa de um tremendo descaso com seus colaboradores
