★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alugo um apartamento com eles, o atendimento e muito ruim. Me foi cobrado taxas extras pelo condomínio, falei com eles sobre isso, nem resposta me dao. Sem retorno a mais de 3 meses. Fiquei sem energia, perguntei a eles qual o procedimento, me falaram que mabdariam um eletricista para vistoria 5 dias depois. Muito ruim mesmo.
I rent an apartment with them, the service is very bad. I was charged extra fees for the condo, I talked to them about it, no answer. No return for more than 3 months. I ran out of energy, I asked them what the procedure was, they told me they would mabd an electrician for inspection 5 days later. Really bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São ruins de serviço demais. Erram os cálculos, prejudicando o proprietário e o inquilino que tem que ressarcir. Penso 10 vezes antes de alugar com eles.
They are bad for too much service. They miss the calculations, harming the landlord and the tenant who has to compensate. I think 10 times before renting with them.

Sou inquilino e por acaso esqueci de pagar um mês do condomínio, estava resolvendo problemas pessoais e simplesmente esqueci.
Normalmente sempre que esse tipo de coisa acontece, você é, de alguma forma, notificado. Não por eles, onde eu só fui saber que estava inadimplente 4 meses depois, quando o proprietário por acaso entrou no sistema e descobriu. Minha esposa teve que entrar em contato com eles pedindo segunda via.
Além de ter cobrado uma multa com o valor diferente do que constava no boleto original, acrescentaram mais de 40 reais em taxas que não faziam sentido.
Liguei para lá fui mal atendido e a atendente não quis entender a situação além da ligação estar péssima. Minha esposa respondeu o e-mail questionando as taxas e a ignoraram.
Péssimo serviço em várias camadas.

I am a tenant and I forgot to pay a month for the condominium, I was solving personal problems and just forgot.
Usually whenever this kind of thing happens, you are, in some way, notified. Not for them, where I only found out I was in default 4 months later, when the owner happened to enter the system and found out. My wife had to contact them asking for a duplicate.
In addition to having charged a fine with a different amount than what was stated in the original ticket, they added more than 40 reais in fees that did not make sense.
I called there I was poorly attended and the attendant did not want to understand the situation besides the call being terrible. My wife responded to the email questioning the rates and ignored it.
Poor service in several layers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima... vive cobrando fundo de reserva indevido, erra valores e não tem a decência de pedir desculpas, falar que o erro foi interno e etc... como cliente cansada.
Coitada dos donos dos imóveis... são erros grosseiros que as vezes se não avisarmos, os proprietários ficam no prejuízo.
Terrible ... he keeps collecting undue reserve funds, erring values and doesn't have the decency to apologize, to say that the error was internal and etc ... as a tired client.
Poor property owners ... are gross mistakes that sometimes if we don't warn, the owners are at a loss.
