O Sindicato dos Trabalhadores em Refeições Coletivas de São Paulo, entidade jurídica de direito privado, foi criado no dia 12 de abril de 1989. Os trabalhadores de refeições eram até então representados pelo sindicato dos hoteleiros que por força de decisão judicial deixou de representá-los. Assim, a partir de abril de 1989 citados trabalhadores passaram a ser representado pelo Sindicato dos Trabalhadores em Refeições de São Paulo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe foi a uma clínica odontológica na Arthur Alvim, chegou às 7:50 até às 9:00, então tive que entrar em contato com o sindicato, porque não tinha ninguém para abrir o local, além de chegarem nas pressas, trataram ela mau, porque provavelmente o sindicato quis saber onde elas estavam, era algo urgente minha mãe teve que faltar no trabalho e até mesmo preferiu outra dentista.
My mother went to a dental clinic at Arthur Alvim, arrived at 7:50 until 9:00, so I had to contact the union, because there was no one to open the place, besides arriving in a hurry, they treated her badly , because probably the union wanted to know where they were, it was something urgent my mother had to miss work and even preferred another dentist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já algum tempo não recebo a revista do sindicato, mas é sempre descontado do meu pagamento....não sabia que para adquirir o material escolar teria que ter reservado no mês de novembro...falta um pouco de comunicação com seus associados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absurdo esse sindicato não tem respeito nenhum pelos associados, tive problemas com a antiga empresa que trabalhei, acionei os advogados e abre processo, estou faz 4 meses tentando falar com o jurídico pra esclarecer detalhes do processo e tirar dúvidas mas é sempre a mesma coisa não consigo NUNCA falar com advogado, ta sempre em audiência ou saiu pra almoçar, pior que ao pedir pra tranferir pra juridico deles e te deixam na linha ouvindo musica de espera telefônica e não atendem, o pior que retornei a ligar pro atendente pra ele repassar de novo a ligação e ele não atendeu mais deixa ticando o telefone, me sinto totalmente desprezado, sem palavras pra descrever tamanho falta de respeito pelo ex associado que sempre teve desconto na folha de pagamento pra esses lixo fazerem isso, Ja me decidi e vou trocar de advogado, colocar alguém qu que tenha o mínimo de respeito pelo próximo, desabafei mesmo
Absurd this union does not have any respect for its associates, I had problems with the old company I worked for, I contacted the lawyers and filed a lawsuit, I have been trying to talk to the legal officer for 4 months to clarify details of the process and answer questions but it is always the same thing I can NEVER speak to a lawyer, he is always in audience or he went out to lunch, worse than asking to transfer to their legal and leave you on the line listening to music waiting on the phone and do not answer, the worst I returned to call the attendant for him to pass on again the call and he didn’t answer anymore, he tingles the phone, I feel totally despised, without words to describe such a lack of respect for the ex associate who always had a discount on the payroll for these garbage to do this, I’ve decided and I’m going to change lawyer, putting someone who has the least respect for others,
