★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O site diz que o atendimento inicia as 8h, mas temos que esperar o boa vontade dos funcionários, que provavelmente trabalhando de favor e se acham no direito de deixar as pessoas esperando sem mais informações do lado de fora.

Péssimo atendimento, alguns atendentes param no meio do atendimento para ficar batendo papo no celular.
Sempre ficam arrumando mil e uma desculpas para fazer com que a pessoa que está buscando o serviço vá embora.
O sistema é um lixo, sempre cai e dificilmente você consegue agendar algo pelo site.
Péssimo atendimento, espero nunca mais precisar de algum serviço que seja prestado nesse local.
Simply HORRIBLE.
Bad service, some attendants stop in the middle of the service to chat on the cell phone.
They always find a thousand and one excuses to make the person seeking the service leave.
The system is garbage, it always falls and you can hardly schedule anything on the site.
Lousy service, I hope I never need any service that is provided there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente meu problema ainda não foi resolvido, devido a uma falta de atendimento do recepcionista, que fui mau atendida , e passou uma informação errada, de onde me desloquei de uma cidade longe gastando dinheiro de passagem pra poder dar uma viajem perdida..
Darei mas estrelas se nesta quinta-feira dia 05/03/2020 eu for atendida corretamente....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima,pois saí de longe gastando dinheiro de passagem,quando chego lá,o porteiro me diz que é tudo feito on-line,um dia antes anunciaram no programa da tv gazeta "Bom dia Alagoas"que as pessoas se dirijissem pra lá, ora fazer o recadastramento e deixar currículo... Isso pra mim é descaso com a miséria alheia...
