★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira sala que eu entrei, a atendente muito mal humorada, não usou "palavrinhas mágicas", ficou reclamando de coisas que eu não tinha nada a ver, tom de voz grosseiro, enfim, péssimo atendimento. Já a atendente da segunda sala que entrei para receber o encaminhamento, muito simpática, me ajudou até em um problema pessoal que eu estava passando naquele momento, parabéns pelo atendimento dela.
The first room I went into, the attendant was very grumpy, didn't use "magic words", she was complaining about things I had nothing to do with, rude tone of voice, in short, poor service. The attendant in the second room that I went in to receive the referral, who was very friendly, even helped me with a personal problem I was experiencing at that time, congratulations on her care.
