★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive lá por duas vezes em épocas diferentes e digo : atendimento péssimo.
Muita falta de respeito com as pessoas q vão resolver seus problemas ou procura emprego. Os atendentes demoram uma eternidade pra fazer o básico, fora as vezes que quando sai uma pessoa, o pessoal q deveria atender fica mechendo no celular enquanto o resto de nós esperamos pra sermos chamados.
Falta respeito de falta humanidade.
 I've been there twice at different times and I have to say: terrible service.
A lot of lack of respect for people who will solve your problems or look for a job. The attendants take forever to do the basics, apart from the times that when a person leaves, the people who should answer keep fiddling with their cell phones while the rest of us wait to be called.
Lack of respect and lack of humanity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive que ir duas vezes pra dar entrada no seguro desemprego pq na primeira vez que eu fui acabei esquecendo um documento e não pude dar entrada.
Fui muito bem atendido nas duas vezes, a gente fica até surpreso pq sabemos que muita das vezes não é a realidade do Brasil ter atendimento de qualidade. Infelizmente não peguei o nome do senhor que me atendeu, queria muito deixar o nome dele aqui pq na hora de criticar a gente critica, mas na hora de elogiar a gente costuma deixar pra lá.
Ele foi excelente, parabéns!!!
I had to go twice to file for unemployment insurance because the first time I went I ended up forgetting a document and couldn't apply.
I was very well attended both times, we are even surprised because we know that it is often not the reality in Brazil to have quality service. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the gentleman who answered me, I really wanted to leave his name here because when it comes to criticizing we criticize, but when it comes to praising we usually let it go.
He was excellent, congratulations!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento de péssima qualidade, parece que estão fazendo um favor e não um serviço. E dificilmente aparece vagas para nível superior, ainda mais se for na área da saúde.
Poor service, looks like they are doing you a favor and not a service. And vacancies for higher education rarely appear, even more so if it is in the health area.
