★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitaram minha empresa e conseguiram vender um plano , ha 4 meses cada dia um problema e nao resolve , o funcionario giovane chegou ate a bloquear nosso numero para nao atender , nao recomendo , a gerente juliana tambem nao consegue resolver nada .

No dia 28 de Setembro com prazo de 5 dias úteis fechei o contrato. Vinculado ao contrato tive um desconto na compra de um celular samsung A5 64Gb tbem com prazo de 5 dias úteis para receber. Tudo por escrito e documentado. O prazo do meu plano nao foi cumprido. Agora estou quase implorando para que eles me entreguem o aparelho que COMPREI. Conversamos várias vezes sobre a minha necessidade de um celular 64gb. Até hoje não recebi. Na quarta faz 40 DIAS! Ja abri protocolo na Claro, na Anatel e o produto que me ofereceram não me entregaram. Estou sendo muito prejudicada pois trabalho com celular. É muito triste existir empresas que tratam o consumidor dessa forma. Muito descaso. Se não tem esse aparelho que foi prometido a empresa tem a obrigação de dar um similar ou até um melhor, afinal todo o transtorno e prejuízo que estou tendo é imensurável. Paguei por um A5 64gb e me entregaram um A5 32gb. E até hoje não efetuaram a troca. Qdo vão trocar meu aparelho?

I already opened a protocol with Claro, Anatel and the product they offered me did not deliver it to me. I am being seriously affected because I work with a cell phone. It is very sad that there are companies that treat consumers in this way. Too much neglect. If you do not have this device that was promised, the company has an obligation to provide a similar or even a better one, after all, the inconvenience and damage that I am having is immeasurable. I paid for an A5 64gb and I was handed an A5 32gb. And to date, they have not made the switch. When will I change my device?
