Nunca vi uma fiscalização, ou um representante do sindicato presente na empresa , ou fazendo observações semestrais ou mensuais com os operadores para entenderem se a empresa está cumprindo suas regras de acordo com a NR-17. Os operadores da capital bahiana se sentem completamente abandonados e sofrem abusos pelas empresas vigentes sem conhecimento do Sindicato. O espaço de denúncia presente no site oficial, deixa a muito a desejar, principalmente no que se diz respeito à sigilo. Quem nos garante?
The union urgently needs to be present inspecting Telemarketing companies. I have never seen an inspection, or a union representative present at the company, or making semi-annual or monthly observations with the operators to understand whether the company is complying with its rules in accordance with NR-17. The operators of the Bahian capital feel completely abandoned and are abused by the companies in force without the Union's knowledge. The denunciation space on the official website leaves much to be desired, especially with regard to confidentiality. Who guarantees us?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar por dentro precisa melhorar um pouco, mas em compensação os funcionários são educados , simpáticos , o atendimento eh rápido , ágil. Não tem enrolação , a pouco tempo estive lá e a funcionária na hora me passou todas as informações , valores , falou qual documento levar no local para tomar as providências necessárias. Enfim o atendimento compensa a estrutura , mas tem melhorar rsrs.
The place inside needs to improve a little, but in compensation the employees are polite, friendly, the service is fast, agile. There is nothing wrong, I was there a little while ago and the employee immediately gave me all the information, values, told me which document to take on the spot to take the necessary measures. Fui aí como várias outras pessoas foram fazer a homologação, não tivemos avisos do sindicato que iria estar fechado, não tivemos avisos de NADA. Vocês não pensaram na pandemia, o lugar deserto e ao mesmo tempo aglomerado pelas pessoas que foram fazer a homologação. Nenhum de vocês irão pagar meu transporte que gastei para ir até aí não, meu uber, e muito MENOS minha saúde, viu? Pensem mais nas pessoas. A sorte foi de que um homem que NÃO TINHA NADA A VER COM VOCÊS, Ligou para um de vocês e avisou a gente que não iria abrir. Deplorável.

You did not think about the pandemic, the deserted place and at the same time crowded by the people who went to do the homologation. None of you will pay for my transportation that I spent to get there, my uber, and much LESS my health, see? Think more about people. The luck was that a man who HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU, called one of you and warned people that he would not open. Deplorable.
