★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Vendedores pouco interessados em cativar o cliente, demora na entrega das mercadorias ( demorei em torno de 40 min para resgatar um ventilador. Detalhe: com a loja vazia). Precisam melhorar e muito para a loja não fechar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me senti invisível, pois fiquei um bom tempo caminhando pela loja e precisei abordar um vendedor para ser atendido. Os atendentes não prestam atenção ao cliente, são desinteressados em fechar vendas, totalmente despreparados para negociar. Bem diferente de outras lojas da Sipolatti que costumo ir.
I felt invisible, because I spent a long time walking through the store and had to approach a salesman to be served. The attendants do not pay attention to the customer, they are disinterested in closing sales, totally unprepared to negotiate. Quite different from other Sipolatti stores that I usually go to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante a compra na loja de Baixo Gandu o vendedor me atendeu bem,mas na hora de entregar os produtos conforme combinado não cumpriram os prazos mesmo eu ligando nos dias, e na montagem dos móveis ficou que só depois de 3 dias após o recebimento assim me informaram mesmo alegando que o atraso era de responsabilidade deles.
Olha que paguei a vista toda compra.
During the purchase at the Baixo Gandu store the seller served me well, but when it came time to deliver the products as agreed, they did not meet the deadlines even when I called on the days, and when assembling the furniture, it was only after 3 days after receipt that I informed even claiming that the delay was their responsibility.
