Very beautiful hall with a beautiful outside area for photos, however it does not have air conditioning although it has some windows which provide a very pleasant climate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar lindo, maravilhoso. Mas o atendimento péssimo, vc fica dias tentando entrar em contato, eles n respondem, tão nem ai, total descaso com o cliente. Melhorem nessa parte, n adianta ser lindo se o atendimento é horrível.
Beautiful, wonderful place. But the lousy service, you spend days trying to get in touch, they don't answer, just like there, total neglect with the customer. Get better in that part, there is no use being beautiful if the service is horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive lá conhecendo o local mas não em um momento operacional durante o evento. Mas numa primeira impressão me pareceu bem estruturado para aquilo que se propõe. Um amplo espaço de festas com diferentes motivos(casamentos, formaturas, institucional....). O acesso também é muito bom e fácil. A localização também é bem legal por ter a natural decoração da Mata Atlântica. Fantástico. Vale a pena conferir. Somente um toque na administração do local. Mais atenção em relação às bromélias. Pois quando lá estive constatei larvas de mosquitos.
I was there knowing the place but not at an operational moment during the event. But at first impression it seemed well structured for what it is proposed. A wide space for parties with different reasons (weddings, graduations, institutional ...). Access is also very good and easy. The location is also very cool because of the natural decoration of the Atlantic Forest. Fantastic. It is worth checking. Just a touch of site management. More attention in relation to bromeliads. For when I was there I found mosquito larvae.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Então eu achei muito interessante o local onde foi o evento de formatura de direito mas acho que teria que dar mais atenção para a limpeza do local pq os vidros da janela do salão e os banheiros onde os funcionários do Buffet usaram estava muito sujos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui em uma formatura, haviam funcionários barrando carros na entrada dizendo q não haviam mais vagas p estacionamento, porém quando entrei vi que haviam muitas vagas, quando questionei falaram q eram apenas para sócios , mas não tinha nenhuma placa ou demarcação falando quais vagas eram p sócios ou não. Depois um funcionário disse que se pagasse 20 reais na mão dele ele deixava estacionar, caso contrário era só sócio. Eu não sei se os funcionários estão agindo de má fé, mas sei que não tem organização nenhuma nem fiscalização por parte da empresa . Várias pessoas, até idosos, subiram a ladeira de pedra a pé pq “não tinha vaga” …mas se pagasse os vintinho… tudo certo. O problema não é cobrar ou não cobrar o estacionamento, mas a manifesta conduta de “funcionários” em total discrepância com a portaria, que não possuía qualquer menção do valor do estacionamento e diferenças de vagas disponíveis para o evento ou exclusivas para associados, em total ofensa aos direitos do consumidor. Decepcionante!

Then an employee said that if you paid 20 reais in his hand he would let you park, otherwise he was just a partner. I do not know if the employees are acting in bad faith, but I know that there is no organization or supervision by the company. Several people, even elderly people, climbed the stone slope on foot because “there was no vacancy”…but if I paid the wine… everything would be fine. The problem is not charging or not charging for parking, but the manifest conduct of “employees” in total discrepancy with the ordinance, which had no mention of the value of parking and differences in spaces available for the event or exclusive to associates, in total. infringement of consumer rights. Disappointing!
