Um dia desses quase não entrego um trabalho da faculdade porque cheguei na Sistec as 18:03h.
Incrivel é que eu havia acabado de falar ao telefone com uma das meninas e ela me disse que estava imprimindo meu arquivo...cheguei lá estavam desligando tudo!
Se estavam pensando em me deixar na mao, podiam ao menos ter avisado, pois eu estava indo a pé pra lá e não conseguiria mesmo chegar antes das 18h.
Gosto do serviço que prestam mas estao muito focados no horario de ir embora.

One of these days I barely deliver a college assignment because I arrived at Sistec at 6:03 pm.
Incredible is that I had just talked on the phone with one of the girls and she told me she was printing my file ... I got there they were turning everything off!
If they were thinking of letting me down, they could have at least warned me, because I was going there on foot and I couldn't even get there before 6 pm.
I like the service they provide but they are very focused on the time to leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bem meia boca. Atendimento preguiçoso. Parece que estão fazendo um favor de te atender. Os preços tb são bem altos. Vale mais a pena ir ao centro para imprimir páginas, principalmente se forem em grande quantidade. Eu só fui lá pq o serviço de impressão que precisei era apenas uma página, o que não justificava ir mais longe.
The service is very good. Lazy service. It looks like they're doing you a favor. The prices are also very high. It is more worthwhile to go to the center to print pages, especially if they are in large quantities. I just went there because the printing service I needed was just one page, which didn't justify going any further.

Sempre faço as minhas impressões com a Sistec do Bairro Horto e lá eles são um poço de educação. Só que as vezes não tem como ir ao horto e acabo tendo que recorrer a do Cidade Nobre, mas toda vez que ligo na do Cidade Nobre eles atendem o telefone com ignorância. Parece que estão fazendo uma favor para o cliente. Sendo que pagamos pelo serviço. Não recomendo a do Cidade Nobre a ninguém. Péssimo!
Terrible attendance!
I always do my impressions with Sistec the Garden District and they are there a well of education. Except that sometimes there is no way to go to the garden and I end up having to resort to Cidade Nobre, but every time I call Cidade Nobre they answer the phone ignorantly. It looks like they're doing the customer a favor. Since we pay for the service. I don't recommend Cidade Nobre's to anyone. Terrible!

Horrible service, the person doesn't even get up from the chair to serve the customer, and still has his back to the customer, terrible service. It needs to improve a lot.
