Não recomendamos!
I don't recommend it, whenever we need help we have to stay on the phone for hours on hold, many times the calls drop and we can't solve the problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu tenho o sistema da Athos a algum tempo, e estou desde do final do ano para resolver o problema e duvidas sobre o sistema, estamos tentando falar com o atendimento mas sem sucesso, não conseguem dar o suporte para os clientes antigos...
I've had the Athos system for some time, and I've been since the end of the year to solve the problem and doubts about the system, we're trying to talk to customer service but without success, they can't give support to old customers...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sistema é razoável. Mas não dependa do pessoal de suporte. Reze pra nunca precisar resolver algum problema.. descaso total com seus clientes. Uma pena ter que mudar de empresa porque seus funcionários não estão se importando com os clientes.
System is reasonable. But don't rely on support staff. Pray that you never have to solve a problem.. total disregard for your customers. It's a shame to have to change companies because your employees don't care about customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cliente - 4235 - O sistema é simples mas emite relatórios inconsistentes, já abri inúmeras solicitações de verificação de inconsistências nos relatórios e nunca deram retorno. O atendimento técnico quando necessitamos é o pior possível, o plantão que disponibilizam nunca funciona, recentemente tive o meu banco de dados corrompido por uma falha do sistema.
Customer - 4235 - The system is simple but it issues inconsistent reports, I have already opened numerous requests to verify inconsistencies in the reports and they never returned. The technical support when we need it is the worst possible, the call they provide never works, I recently had my database corrupted by a system failure.
