★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um espaço para eventos. A infra estrutura do salão necessita de melhorias, pois é muito quente, mesmo estando no meio de muita vegetação. Ah, precisa de uma placa indicativa na entrada, na BR, e outra no próprio Sítio.

Ainda tem o fator de q não tem sinalização para chegar até o sítio, mt menos para sair de lá. Completamente entocado, a estrada n tem pavimentação e n tem iluminação.
