★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar atualmente se encontra em estado de degradação, alugamos o sítio ( 30 pessoas )n data de 25/10 as 17hs a 27/10. Fomos recebidos pela proprietária , que recebeu restante do dinheiro, passou algumas orientações ( localização de registro dágua, interruptores de iluminação,se preocupou em filmar as vasilhas e utensílios disponibilizados , e principalmente em receber o restante do pagamento).
Depois que a proprietária foi em bora , começou o pesadelo, os problemas começaram, havia apenas uma geladeira velha que funcionava, o freezer disponibilizado não funciona( imagina a situação 30 pessoas , cerveja , refrigerante, carnes tendo que se virar com uma geladeira velha), quando fizemos contato com a proprietária, a solução proposta por ela foi que teríamos que passa pelo incomodo de ficar indo até a cidade ao lado comprar gelo e colocar no freezer estragado utilizando como caixa térmica, e assim foi feito , porém o freezer vazava toda água do gelo pela casa .
O lugar está muito deteriorado, a impressão que nos passou foi que todas as coisas da casa são reaproveitadas do lixo. E olhando as fotos do site, definitivamente não parece o mesmo local( qdo se chega anoitecendo, vc e recebido e enrolado por um determinado tempo. Então qdo vai se acomodar, colocar as coisas no seu devido lugar e que começam os problemas. Uma surpresa atrás da outra. Ou melhor um pesadelo atrás do outro. Até a churrasqueira tivemos que arrumar ( tudo enferrujado,caindo aos pedaços, apenas os tijolos estavam firmes.
Uma área de camping seria sem sombra de dúvida muito melhor que esse lugar .

After the landlady went on, the nightmare began, the problems started, there was only one old refrigerator that worked, the freezer available didn't work (imagine the situation 30 people, beer, soda, meat having to turn around with an old refrigerator) , when we made contact with the owner, the solution proposed by her was that we would have to go through the trouble of going to the next town to buy ice and put in the damaged freezer using as a thermal box, and so it was done, but the freezer leaked all over. Ice water around the house.
The place is very deteriorated, the impression that was given to us was that all things in the house are reused from the trash. And looking at the pictures on the site, it definitely doesn't look like the same place (when it gets dark, you get received and rolled up for a while. So when will you settle down, put things in place and the problems begin. A surprise after another, or rather one nightmare after another, even the barbecue we had to fix (all rusty, falling apart, only the bricks were firm.
A campground would undoubtedly be much better than this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quem vai ao cantinho verde achando que vai encontrar um sítio de luxo pode desistir, melhor não ir.
Trata-se de uma casa grande, simples, mas com muitas camas, 25 no total. A piscina é antiga, tamanho bom e uma água morna que é uma beleza. Obs: não há aquecedor... rs... Você vai encontrar todos os utensílios domésticos, colchões bons e casa arejada, com muitas janelas. A localização é um diferencial positivo, em meio a muito verde e quase nenhum barulho. Aliás, barulho só o do trem, que de vez em quando passa por perto, mas não incomoda. A proprietária, a Daniele, é muito solícita e o caseiro também, dão todo o suporte. A área de churrasqueira parece ser antiga, mas atende, fica em frente a piscina. A única consideração/sugestão que faço é quanto a internet/wi fi, que não é de boa qualidade. Vivia dando pau... Mas nada que atrapalhasse o ótimo final de semana que tivemos. Esperamos voltar!
Whoever goes to the green corner thinking that he will find a luxury place can give up, better not to go.
It is a large, simple house, but with many beds, 25 in total. The pool is old, good size and a warm water that is a beauty. Note: there is no heater ... lol ... You will find all household items, good mattresses and an airy house with many windows. The location is a positive differential, in the midst of greenery and almost no noise. In fact, only the noise of the train, which occasionally passes by, but does not bother. The owner, Daniele, is very helpful and the caretaker, too, give all the support. The barbecue area seems to be old, but meets, is in front of the pool. The only consideration / suggestion I make is regarding the internet / wi fi, which is not of good quality. I was always making a fuss ... But nothing that would hinder the great weekend we had. We hope to return!

Área de churrasqueira perto da piscina, campo de futebol em ótimo estado, possui todos os utensílios para cozinha e refrigeração de bebidas, a casa é enorme com espaço pra acomodar tranquilamente muitas pessoas, têm sinuca, totó, espaço pra estacionamento. Além disso, o sítio é de fácil acesso e fica perto do Centro da cidade. Experiência super agradável, com certeza recomendo, pois o sítio não deixou a desejar em absolutamente nada!
Perfect place, very cozy. Barbecue area near the pool, soccer field in excellent condition, has all kitchen utensils and drinks refrigeration, the house is huge with space to quietly accommodate many people, have pool, foosball, parking space. In addition, the site is easily accessible and close to the city center. A super pleasant experience, I definitely recommend it, because the site didn't leave anything to be desired!

Além de um lugar bem espaçoso, contém muitas acomodações e de faço acesso. Os donos estão de parabéns. Principalmente pela atenção que eles tem com quem aluga. Todos da minha família adoraram.
