★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar com vários ambientes, mas não se consegue uma integração. A piscina e lá embaixo longe da churrasqueira devido a inclinação do terreno. Demanda atenção integral com crianças menores devido as escadas.
Place with several environments, but integration is not possible. The pool and downstairs away from the barbecue due to the slope of the land. It demands full attention with younger children due to the stairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionante! Moro no Rio Grande do Sul e fiz a locação do sítio analisando fotos do site e recomendações do google. Ao chegar no local para comemorar o aniversário de um ano da minha filha me deparei com brinquedos mal conservados e danificados ( vídeo game do futebol sem funcionar os comandos, mesa de ping pong em péssimo estado, parede de escalada fechada, entre outros). Serviço de limpeza feito com a festa iniciada e monitores atrasados em mais de 30 minutos, impedindo o início das brincadeiras das crianças.
Ao final da festa, a equipe terceira contratada para montar a festa atrasou 40 minutos para carregar a kombi e o sitio decolores cobrou multa de R$ 200,00 (deixo claro que a multa consta em contrato, mas não tiveram o mínimo de bom senso, dado o atraso inicial da festa,
sendo que era apenas o pessoal carregando a kombi estava no sitio
E mais nenhum convidado.
Pra finalizar, NÃO RECOMENDO!
Disappointing! I live in Rio Grande do Sul and I leased the site analyzing photos from the site and google recommendations. When I arrived at the place to celebrate my daughter's 1st birthday, I came across badly maintained and damaged toys (football video game without the controls working, ping pong table in terrible condition, closed climbing wall, among others). Cleaning service made with the party started and monitors delayed by more than 30 minutes, preventing the start of children's games.
At the end of the party, the third team hired to set up the party was 40 minutes late to load the kombi and the site decolores charged a fine of R$ 200.00 (I make it clear that the fine is included in the contract, but they didn't have the slightest common sense , given the initial delay of the party,
since it was just the people carrying the kombi, they were at the site
And no more guests.
Finally, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
