★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Localização é boa! Fui para ver mas não aluguei, instalações precisam de uma pintura e a cozinha não tem panelas, liquidificador, misteira e etc. Ponto positivo para banheiro em todos os quatro quartos. Porém, os colchões precisam de renovação.
 Location is good! I went to see but did not rent, facilities need a paint and the kitchen has no pans, blender, mixer and so on. Positive point for bathroom in all four bedrooms. However, the mattresses need renovation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estrutura muito boa, piscina tamanho bom, mas poderia ter alguns ventiladores no salão e ventilador de teto nos dormitórios, isso faria uma grande diferença!!!
Very good structure, good size pool, but there could be some fans in the lounge and ceiling fans in the bedrooms, that would make a big difference !!!

I loved the place a lot of space, lots of rooms with mattresses, swimming pool for adults and children, separate kitchen area, closer to the barbecue, top.
