★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é lindo ótimo para eventos durante o dia. Porém precisa ser melhor trabalhado a manutenção do local, tem 3 fogões (1 elétrico e 2 à gás) e apenas um botijão de gás, mas no cooktop apenas uma boca funciona e no industrial apenas duas e o elétrico não é eficiente então, funcionalmente tem apenas duas bocas úteis. Churrasqueira precisa ser limpa. Campo de futebol está com mato muito alto não dava pra jogar direito, além disso, o mato atrai muito mosquito por isso é impossível fazer algum evento a noite por que é muito mosquito MESMO e não fomos avisados dessa intempestividade. Os banheiros dos quartos precisam de manutenção pois chuveiros e torneiras tem algum problema de pressão ou estão quebrados. A piscina estava limpa, porém tem excesso de cloro que durante dois dias sentimos após os banhos que a pele grudenta além do normal. Podia ser colocado uma TV na sala para entretenimento. As camas são confortáveis. Não tenho o que dizer dos ar condicionados pois para usa-los tem uma taxa, mesmo o local tendo uma usina solar, e optei por não pagar a taxa então não usei. O caseiro foi muito solícito em tudo que precisamos, então parabéns por isso ??????
The place is beautiful great for events during the day. However, the maintenance of the place needs to be better worked, it has 3 stoves (1 electric and 2 gas) and only one gas cylinder, but in the cooktop only one burner works and in the industrial only two and the electric one is not efficient so, functionally it has just two useful mouths. Barbecue needs to be cleaned. The football field has very high weeds, it was not possible to play properly, in addition, the weeds attract a lot of mosquitoes so it is impossible to do any event at night because there are a lot of mosquitoes and we were not warned of this untimeliness. The bathrooms in the rooms need maintenance as showers and faucets have some pressure problems or are broken. The pool was clean, but it has an excess of chlorine that for two days we felt after the baths that the skin was sticky beyond normal. A TV could be placed in the living room for entertainment. Beds are comfortable. I have nothing to say about the air conditioners because there is a fee to use them, even though the place has a solar plant, and I chose not to pay the fee so I didn't use it. The caretaker was very helpful in everything we needed, so congratulations on that ??????
