Worst construction company I ever joined with my fiancee we bought Tordesilhas tower in Sorocaba they said they were going to deliver work in 2021 when we compared it to this day it barely started to build they are very rolled up full of excuse whenever people called always gave excuse and said that work would start the other day today and we ask for cancellation thanks they paid right I do not recommend this construction company to anyone because they have no respect with customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sobre o Empreendimento Torres de Tordesilhas em Sorocaba, divulgado pela construtora foi uma das piores compras feitas por mim e pelo meu noivo. Compramos um apartamento no ano de 2019 e se passaram mais de 1 ano ninguém da construtora nos passam uma posição sobre o financiamento com a caixa econômica Federal.
Ninguém nos retorna o contato, o Sr. MURILO JR responsável pela gerência não se dá a responsabilidade em responder os emails enviados. Quando ligamos no escritório da construtora somos tratados com total descaso pelo departamento comercial. Prazos e prazos são prometidos e nunca são cumpridos. Mas o pior de tudo é que não nos passam uma posição sobre o que está acontecendo. Estamos totalmente insatisfeitos com a construtora e a equipe de vendas. Infelizmente foi um desacertos que fizemos. Gostaria de pedir a gentileza que se responsabilizem por todos os sonhos e parte financeira que está sendo investida pelos compradores e que nos deem um posicionamento de toda a situação que vem acontecendo. Obrigada.

When we call at the construction company's office, we are treated with total disregard by the sales department. Deadlines and deadlines are promised and are never met. But the worst of all is that we are not given a position on what is happening. We are totally dissatisfied with the construction company and the sales team. Unfortunately it was a mistake we made. I would like to ask you to be kind enough to be responsible for all the dreams and financial part that is being invested by the buyers and to give us a position on the whole situation that has been happening.
