Most unethical company I have ever had contact with. They sent the proposal / budget with a description of the project, but at the time of finalizing the order the value simply increased. After countless attempts to talk to try to simply pay the amount that was presented to me in a formalized proposal, I simply got a rude and arrogant return from the company's director. Lousy professionals! Ethics and Professionalism note ZERO.
