★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior possivel. Tive que levar meu pc de novo (na garantia), pois näo resolveram meu problema. Alegaram que eu havia entregue o aparelho danificado. Somente após ameaça de acionar a justiça, recebi um zap afirmando. que meu serviço seria realizado. Acha que retornei? De forma alguma, e a confiança? Só quero meu dinheiro de volta por um serviço que näo foi prestado. E levarei em uma loja séria.
Após a resposta da loja, não consigo mais responder. Imagino pq.
Alegação falsa, pois o problema era no conector e näo foi resolvido. Disseram que o o conector voltou quebrado, outro ponto de desacordo, pois só foi verificado na volta, quando teria que ser visto na 1a visita. A nota fiscal confirma que o problema era no conector desde a 1a visita.
Não darei continuidade a esta discusão pq näo faz sentido. Só fica o alerta!
The worst possible. I had to take my pc again (under warranty), because they didn't solve my problem. They claimed that I had delivered the damaged device. Only after threatening to bring justice, did I receive a zap stating. that my service would be performed. Do you think I returned? Not at all, what about trust? I just want my money back for a service that hasn't been provided. And I'll take it to a serious store.
After the store's response, I am unable to respond. I wonder why.
False claim, as the problem was in the connector and has not been solved. They said that the connector came back broken, another point of disagreement, as it was only verified on the return, when it would have to be seen on the 1st visit. The invoice confirms that the problem was in the connector since the 1st visit.
I will not continue this discussion because it does not make sense. Just stay alert!
