Tenho em minha academia duas bicicletas de spini e um eliptico, sendo que as bicicletas ja espanaram os ajustes de altura do banco e meu eliptico quebrou o eixo central e ate agora não arrumaram. Quando vieram me oferecer os produtos falaram que era de resistentes e que suportariam o batidão de uma academia, pura mentira .Gostaria muito que todos os meus problemas com seus equipamentos fossem arrumados! Obrigado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquirimos dois climatizadores da Sixxis, gostamos muito do desempenho e do aparelho.
Agora em fevereiro 2021 ele parou de sair a ventilação, ele liga, obedece os comandos dos botões , mas o vento não sai, entramos em contato via whatsApp no dia 02/02/2021 , enviamos NF e vídeo do climatizador, mas até hoje 22/02/2021 não tivemos um retorno , não possui autorizada em SP e desde a nossa solicitação ainda não conseguiram um contrato para parceria e nós estamos sem o aparelho a 20 dias. Desde a data que deu problema mandamos mensagem toda semana questionando um retorno e a resposta sempre a mesma "aguardando retorno do posto autorizado, confirmando parceria técnica informamos."

We purchased two air conditioners from Sixxis, we really liked the performance and the device.
Now in February 2021 he stopped the ventilation, he turns on, obeys the commands of the buttons, but the wind doesn’t come out, we contacted him via whatsApp on 02/02/2021, we sent NF and video of the air conditioner, but until today 22 / 02/2021 we did not have a return, we do not have authorization in SP and since our request they have not yet obtained a contract for partnership and we have been without the device for 20 days. Since the date that caused the problem, we send a message every week asking for a return and the answer is always the same "waiting for a return from the authorized post, confirming a technical partnership, we inform."
