★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normalmente quando fazemos um cartão fidelidade, esperamos ter algum benefício ainda que muito pequeno. Com vocês é diferente, o cartão fidelidade de você sacrifica muito seus clientes por juros altos. A mesma compra em suas lojas avista tem 5% de desconto, com cartão de crédito agente perde os 5% de descontos mas parcela em até 12 x sem juros e com o cartão de fidelidade de vocês agente perde os 5% de descontos, tem um aumento de juros conforme o das parcelas e ainda tem que pagar $8,00 de taxas a cada compra feita com o cartão da loja. No meu ponto de vista o cartão fidelidade de vocês tem que ser muito repensado. Esse foi meu motivo pra uma avaliação baixa.
Usually when we make a loyalty card, we expect to have some benefit, even if very small. It's different with you, your loyalty card sacrifices your customers a lot for high interest. The same purchase in your stores avista has 5% discount, with a credit card the agent loses the 5% discount but the installment is up to 12 x interest-free and with your loyalty card you lose the 5% discount, you have a interest increase according to the installments and you still have to pay $ 8.00 in fees for each purchase made with the store card. In my view, your loyalty card has to be reconsidered. That was my reason for a low rating.
