Absurdo mas para os padrões da cidade e seus governantes e de se esperar morei lá por anos e sempre será assim.
 Neutral ? for bad! High prices, few varieties of products, and the queue as the photo posted says it all. Me and my daughter spent more than 50 minutes at a cashier that calls itself a quick cashier? Absurd but by the standards of the city and its rulers and to be expected I lived there for years and it will always be that way.
