★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento filial Sorocaba. Vendedor passa o valor do produto e dps diz que não tem. Pior ainda o Gerente que ao invés de contornar a situação ameça os clientes e desliga o telefone na cara. Nada profissional.
Lousy Sorocaba branch service. Salesperson passes the value of the product and dps says he doesn't have it. Even worse is the Manager who instead of getting around the situation threatens customers and hangs up on the guy. Nothing professional.
