★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento atencioso e rápido. Primeira vez que entro em uma loja (mesmo da Sketch) e encontro vendedores objetivos, que escutam o que o cliente quer em vez de ficar tentando empurrar uma dúzia de peças que eu não tenho tempo pra olhar. Recomendo.
 Attentive and fast service. First time I walk into a store (even from Sketch) and meet objective salespeople, who listen to what the customer wants instead of trying to push a dozen pieces that I do not have time to look at. Highly recommend.

Eu comprei um presente para o meu namorado na loja do Barro Preto, acreditando ser Sketch, eu não sabia que a Sketch verdadeira não vende outras marcas e acabei comprando, mediante a afirmação do Vendedor que poderia ser trocado em qualquer sketch. Pois bem.... quando fomos trocar as lojas da Sketch disseram que eles não trocam, que a fabricação é própria e que estão recebendo várias pessoas com sacolas dessa loja querendo trocar, mediante o que o vendedor disse e pela logo na frente da loja estar escrito Sketch. Absurdo, não conseguimos trocar as bermudas.
Nonsense, they are scammers. I bought a gift for my boyfriend at the Barro Preto store, believing it to be Sketch, I didn't know that the real Sketch doesn't sell other brands and I ended up buying it, according to the Seller's statement that it could be exchanged in any sketch. Well... when we went to change Sketch stores they said that they don't change, that the manufacturing is their own and that they are receiving several people with bags from that store wanting to exchange, according to what the seller said and by the logo in front of the store be written Sketch. Absurd, we were not able to change the shorts.
