★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei um cartucho pra recaregar e ele fala que sao quemado.. o problema é que ele nao faz o reset do cartucho e so roban dinheiro. Nao confian en eles e no que vao falar, um monte de desculpas pra fazer o clientes de bobos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitamos a regargar do cartucho e o cartucho voltou com a impressão falhando. Solicitamos a manutenção novamente e a mesma disse que o cartucho estava bom na impressora deles. Recomendamos a todos nunca utilizarem essa empresa.
We asked to refill the cartridge and the cartridge returned with printing failing. We asked for maintenance again and it said that the cartridge was good in their printer. We recommend that everyone never use this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Dinheiro jogado no lixo. Levei para recarregar um kit de cartuchos originais e não funcionou. Dão desculpinhas e insinuações de que o problema é no cartucho ou que o mesmo está queimado.
Terrible. Money thrown in the trash. It took me to refill a kit of original cartridges and it didn't work. They make excuses and insinuations that the problem is with the cartridge or that it is burnt.

My experience was terrible. Both times that rebooted my toner cartridge has become useless printing. I do not particularly recommend it.
