Hoje uma funcionária da natação demonstrou desconforto pela presença de um adulto no horário com muitas crianças. Ela externou, em tom que eu ouvisse, quando eu me retirava para o vestiário, externou se continuaria a empresa a ter aulas para "crianças com adultos".
No primeiro dia, na aula experimental, demonstrei também meu desconforto quanto a terem me apresentado aquele horário como compatível para adulto se só tinham crianças. Nesta ocasião, não sei se porque a funcionária da recepção quisesse muito convencer o cliente a fazer sua matrícula, esta confortou quanto a isto: me garantiu que não havia problema.
Como se não bastasse, para mim, este era o melhor horário e com um ótimo instrutor (Alexandre ou Alexander). Este conjunto de pessoas me convenceu a poder participar nessas condições sem problemas. Enganei-me, nao irei mais!
I am totally dissatisfied with the services of this company!
Today, a swimming employee showed discomfort due to the presence of an adult at the time with many children. She expressed, in a tone that I could hear, when I left for the locker room, she expressed whether the company would continue to have classes for "children with adults".
On the first day, in the experimental class, I also demonstrated my discomfort with having presented me that time as compatible for adults if they only had children. On this occasion, I don't know if because the receptionist really wanted to convince the customer to enroll, she comforted me about this: she assured me that there was no problem.
As if that wasn't enough, for me, this was the best time and with a great instructor (Alexandre or Alexander). This group of people convinced me to be able to participate in these conditions without any problems. I was wrong, I won't go anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Fujam deste lugar! Estagiários completamente inexperientes dando aula para crianças bem pequenas, excesso de alunos na piscina em plena pandemia, sendo atendidos por apenas 1 professor.
Além disso, não fechem plano anuais de forma alguma!! Minha filha não se adaptou e tivemos que tirar, continuaram debitando os valores até acabar as parcelas, e no cancelamento informaram que devido à pandemia debitariam mais 3 meses, mas devolveriam o dinheiro. Debitaram 9 meses e fogem de falar comigo, estou entrando com pequenas causas! Ou seja: tem muita academia boa na Mooca e de confiança, corram deste lugar!!!!
Terrible! Run away from this place! Completely inexperienced interns teaching very young children, too many students in the pool in the middle of a pandemic, being attended by only 1 teacher.
Also, don't close annual plans at all!! My daughter didn't adapt and we had to take it out, they continued to debit the amounts until the installments ran out, and upon cancellation they informed that due to the pandemic they would debit another 3 months, but they would refund the money. They debited 9 months and they are not talking to me, I am filing small claims! In other words: there is a lot of good gym in Mooca and trustworthy, run from this place!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A academia é péssima e o atendimento pior ainda! Não cumprem NENHUM dos combinados previamente estabelecidos. São totalmente desorganizados quanto aos cuidados e os horários de aulas/número de alunos. Fora que o vestiário (pelo menos masculino) tinha um cheiro muito forte de urina e quase nunca era limpo. Fujam desse lugar! Não vale a pena.
The gym is terrible and the service even worse! They do not comply with ANY of the previously established agreements. They are totally disorganized in terms of care and class schedules/number of students. Besides, the locker room (at least for men) had a very strong smell of urine and was almost never cleaned. Run away from this place! Not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia péssima, sem proposta pedagógica definida. Pedi o cancelamento em junho e continuou debitando e não teve ressarcimento. Falei com os atendentes e o gerente várias vezes, sempre dizem que vão resolver e NUNCA resolvem. Me arrependo até hoje de fechar o contrato.
Terrible gym, with no defined pedagogical proposal. I asked for the cancellation in June and it continued debiting and there was no refund. I spoke with the attendants and the manager several times, they always say they will solve it and NEVER solve it. I regret to this day closing the contract.

The pools are a good size. But everything is very tight. The dressing room has only 7 showers. And I saw only 8 closets to store clothes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência já tem sido ruim porque prometem uma reforma há meses no vestiário feminino que é sempre adiada e o espaço fica cada vez pior, até porta tiraram. A qualidade da água da piscina de adultos, muitas vezes, deixa a desejar. Difícil manter um plano sem se irritar a cada aula!
My experience has already been bad because they have been promising a renovation for months in the women's locker room that is always postponed and the space gets worse and worse, even the door was taken away. The water quality of the adult pool often leaves something to be desired. Hard to stick to a plan without getting annoyed with every class!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu filho já frequenta a Skin desde 2019 e evoluiu bastante pois nem chegava perto da água e agora se sente à vontade e sabe nadar tranquilamente. Gosto dos professores mas falta mais atenção com a estrutura (manutenção dos pisos, chuveiros que esquentam demais, paredes na sala de espera descascando…) no mais, é uma escola de natação boa e cumpre o que promete.
My son has been going to Skin since 2019 and has evolved a lot because he didn't even get close to the water and now he feels comfortable and knows how to swim calmly. I like the teachers but lack more attention to the structure (maintenance of the floors, showers that get too hot, walls in the waiting room peeling…) otherwise, it is a good swimming school and fulfills what it promises.
