Compramos uma carne cara, veio com muita gordura, então fomos trocar, até ai tudo bem, eles trocaram, (por outra carne), o problema é que quando foram pesar, não imprimiram uma nova etiqueta, e disseram "pronto, aqui deu o mesmo valor". Porém chegando em casa, fomos pesar e faltavam mais de 300 gramas da carne, de acordo com o preço que pagamos. Uma pouca vergonha, grande falta de consideração pelo consumidor.
 Horrible!!!!!! We bought expensive meat, it came with a lot of fat, so we changed it, so far so good, they exchanged it, (for another meat), the problem is that when they weighed it, they did not print a new label, and said "Okay, here it was same value". But when we got home, we went to weigh and there was more than 300 grams of meat missing, according to the price we paid. A little shame, great lack of consideration for the consumer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim, funcionários atendem mal, pedi coxão mole em cubos, pedi pra tirar a gordura e mantiveram a gordura dizendo que estavam fazendo.um favor de tirar pra mim, pois não podem tirar a gordura.
Very bad, employees are bad service, I asked for the soft coxão in cubes, I asked for the fat to be removed and they kept the fat saying they were doing it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As carnes são de qualidade, não gostei que a segunda vez e os bifes com a metades de gordura, sei que não está fácil pra ninguém, mas vender gordura com preço de coxão mole é demais, perdeu cliente.
The meats are of good quality, I didn't like that the second time and the steaks with the halves of fat, I know it's not easy for anyone, but selling fat with a soft topside price is too much, you lost a customer.
