Depois de muito tempo, às 22:38 chegou a mensagem de que iria atrasar e o status do pedido ainda estava em preparação. Às 23h nada do pedido chegar e (o pedido ainda estava em preparação) às 23:10 decidi cancelar até porque já estava muito tarde, já estava indo dormir e estava muito cansada e (o pedido ainda estava em preparação). Péssima experiência!!! Não fui reembolsada, não foi gerado um crédito e nenhuma retratação por parte da Skina do Açaí. Estou extremamente desapontada por várias situações que vocês me causaram.
At 21:40 on 03/16/2022 I placed an order (through the 99food app) and the delivery forecast was 22:38. After a long time, at 22:38 the message arrived that it would be delayed and the order status was still in preparation. At 11 pm, the order still didn't arrive and (the order was still being prepared) at 11:10 pm I decided to cancel because it was already too late, I was already going to sleep and I was very tired and (the order was still being prepared). Bad experience!!! I was not refunded, no credit was generated and no retraction by Skina do Açaí. I am extremely disappointed by the various situations you have caused me.
