★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um dos cancelamentos foi por item indisponível, já os outro 3 foi falta de profissionalismo, usei meus cupons pra fazer os pedidos e pagar menos, aí o local optou em não enviar pq iria pagar caro pelo frete e cancelou os 3 pedidos que fiz. Se eu pedisse assim ou 1 por hora daria na mesma, mas o local optou em perder um cliente, lamentável.
Infelizmente serão penalizados por conta dos cancelamentos, o ifood é bem claro em relação a isso.
One of the cancellations was due to an unavailable item, while the other 3 was lack of professionalism, I used my coupons to place orders and pay less, then the venue chose not to ship because it would pay dearly for shipping and canceled the 3 orders I placed. If I asked like this or 1 an hour it would be the same, but the place chose to lose a client, unfortunate.
Unfortunately they will be penalized due to cancellations, ifood is very clear about that.
