★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente, o único lugar q compro de olhos fechados na Santa Ifigenia. Pós venda excelente. Já tive uma placa danificada por mim (amassei os pinos do encaixe do processador) e trocaram como garantia. Um HD tb deu problema e a troca foi imediata. Parabens Toninho e Rodrigo!
 Excellent, the only place I buy with my eyes closed in Santa Ifigenia. Excellent after sales. I already had a board damaged by me (I crushed the pins on the processor socket) and changed it as a guarantee. A HD tb gave problem and the exchange was immediate. Congratulations Toninho and Rodrigo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Total descaso com o cliente, zero boa vontade de resolver o seu problema. Ficaram um mês com meu notebook para depois dizerem que não acharam a peça, não respondem as mensagens. Fui em outro lugar e consertaram em 2 dias.
I do not recommend. Total disregard for the customer, zero willingness to solve their problem. They stayed with my notebook for a month and then said they didn't find the piece, they don't respond to messages. Went elsewhere and they fixed it in 2 days.

Deixei meu notebook para trocar o HD/processador, cheguei cheia de dúvidas e sai super feliz pela explicação e orientações do que precisava de verdade, nada "além do necessário" pra gastar mais, o PC ficou perfeito e super rápido, além de terem atualizado o meu windows "de cortesia" eu amei!
Reliable place to leave the notebook, it's been about 3 years since I've been doing anything with them and I recommend it to more people.
I left my notebook to change the HD/processor, I arrived full of doubts and left super happy for the explanation and guidance of what I really needed, nothing "beyond what was necessary" to spend more, the PC was perfect and super fast, in addition to having updated my "complimentary" windows I loved it!

Espero meu fone estar com ele.
