★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Comprei um cabo para carregar o meu iPhone e fui informado que o cabo é original e tinha garantia . Com um mês e meio de uso o cabo apresentou problemas no encaixe E levei para trocar . A vendedora alegou que o cabo não saiu da loja quebrado e realmente é verdade pois tivesse quebrado eu não teria comprado . A vendedora alegou mau uso porém é um defeito do cabo e não quis trocar o cabo que ela disse ser original . Infelizmente a loja perdeu um cliente que sou eu . Sou cliente há mais de um ano da loja e indico todos os meus amigos Porém quando a gente precisa de uma ajuda esse é o tratamento que recebemos. Irei solicitar o laudo da apple para comprovar se o cabo realmente é original ou se estão praticando propaganda enganosa.
 Terrible. I bought a cable to charge my iPhone and I was informed that the cable is original and had a warranty. After a month and a half of use, the cable had problems with its fitting. The seller claimed that the cable did not leave the store broken and it really is true because it had broken I would not have bought it. The seller alleged misuse but it is a cable defect and did not want to change the cable she said was original. Unfortunately the store lost a customer who is me. I have been a customer of the store for over a year and I recommend all my friends. However, when we need help, this is the treatment we receive. I will request the apple report to verify if the cable is really original or if they are practicing misleading advertising.
