★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A princípio tem uma boa qualidade nos produtos e no atendimento presencial. porém oq deixa bastante a desejar é o atendimento do whatsapp. diversas vezes tive problemas c os pedidos (ex: dão 25 minutos pra entrega no centro, porém o normal é 1h e não é culpa dos entregadores mas sim da logística). outro dia cancelei um pedido qnd chegou em minha casa depois de eu ir no centro comer (2h de atraso).
o leitor não entenda mal. é uma boa opção pra lanche rápido a noite. super indico as esfirras. mas espero que com esse comentário possam crescer e melhorar nos pontos baixos. ?
At first, it has a good quality in the products and in the face-to-face service. however what leaves a lot to be desired is the whatsapp service. several times I had problems with the orders (ex: they give 25 minutes for delivery in the center, but the normal is 1h and it's not the delivery guys' fault but the logistics). the other day I canceled an order when it arrived at my house after I went downtown to eat (2h late).
the reader does not misunderstand. It's a good option for a quick lunch at night. I highly recommend the esfirras. but I hope that with this comment they can grow and improve in the low points. ?
