Desde o ano passado, estou em tratamento com o Dr. Caio, e simplesmente amei, me pediu vários exames antes de indicar o tratamento, estou muito satisfeita com os resultados. Já faz mais de 25 anos que venho tratando manchas de melasma, amei esse doutor, muito atencioso, e preocupado, indico a clínica sim, quanto ao atendimento, foi perfeito e a clínica, é simplesmente maravilhosa!

Consulta realizada com a Dra Helena Reich Camasmie, além de não tratarem o paciente com seriedade e examinarem de uma forma despreparada, gastam a maior parte da consulta empurrando procedimentos estéticos para ganharem dinheiro. Conclusão, perdi meu tempo e tiver que ir em outro dermatologista.
 Bad clinic and professionals who just want to get your money. Consultation held with Dr Helena Reich Camasmie, in addition to not treating the patient seriously and examining them in an unprepared way, they spend most of the consultation pushing cosmetic procedures to earn money. Conclusion, I wasted my time and have to go to another dermatologist.

Meu convênio me indicou para o tratamento, liguei me informaram que fazer o mesmo, me obrigaram a marcar uma consulta com o médico deles , mesmo eu falando que apenas precisava do tratamento que era encaminhamento , marquei a consulta, chegando no local falei que o meu foco era foto terapia, mas que eles pediram para marcar uma consulta, passei os dados novamente do convênio , em seguida entro na sala da médica e ela me informa que o clínica não aceita e não faz pelo convênio , sendo que foi o próprio convênio que indicou, no meu caso a intenção maior foi ganhar a consulta do convênio !

I saw Ana Paula Pedrina yesterday and she was incredibly confident and knowledgable about everything related to skin and how to deal with its problems. This is how all doctors should be. I REALLY appreciate her willingness to speak slowly in Portuguese also! :) Definitely going back for a second visit.
