★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doug, o proprietário, fez um furo no meu septo, mas furou no lugar errado. Ao invés do sweat spot, ele furou a cartilagem, e o furo ainda ficou torto. Quando questionado, ele se recusou a se auto-corrigir, ou seja, joguei o dinheiro do furo no lixo, porque tive que deixar fechar e furar no lugar certo, em outro estúdio. Depois de cicatrizado o furo, troquei pela jóia que o Doug me vendeu como sendo de titânio, mas ela enferrujou e machucou meu nariz de forma que tive que reclamar. Só aí me disseram que parte dela é feita de outro metal, ou seja, mentiram no ato da venda. Doug disse que iria me reembolsar pelo valor, mas devolveu apenas parte dele, e ainda me tratou como se eu estivesse agindo de má fé. Se não bastasse o serviço ruim e o produto de má qualidade, o atendimento foi péssimo. Não confiem nesse estúdio.
EDIT 05/06/17: O dono do estúdio devolveu a diferença de valor da jóia depois de eu reclamar nas redes sociais.
Doug, the owner, drilled a hole in my septum, but drilled it in the wrong place. Instead of the sweat spot, it punctured the cartilage, and the hole was still crooked. When asked, he refused to correct himself, that is, I threw the money from the hole in the trash, because I had to let it close and pierce in the right place, in another studio. After the hole was healed, I replaced it with the jewel Doug sold me as titanium, but it rusted and hurt my nose so I had to complain. Only then did they tell me that part of it is made of another metal, that is, they lied at the time of sale. Doug said he would reimburse me for the amount, but returned only part of it, and still treated me as if I were acting in bad faith. If the bad service and the poor product were not enough, the service was terrible. Don't trust this studio.
EDIT 06/05/17: The owner of the studio returned the difference in value of the jewel after I complained on social networks.
