★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei com raiva até ser resolvido de uma forma agradável. Funcionário Rafael, apontando que eu estava errado e gritando. Perdi um pouco da razão quando gritei também. Mais em seguida, apareceu um rapaz chamado kaue e resolveu fácil. Dei nota máxima por conta da sua tranquilidade e facilidade de resolver as coisas. Me chamou de canto com um tom de voz quase muda (como o senhor deseja resolver?) e eu solicitei o dinheiro de volta, em seguida me pediu a nota e me disse (esse eu consigo devolver, já esse não), e me ofereceu algo que seria mais caro. Lembrando na maior calma possível enquanto eu nervoso. Com sua calma e genialidade, fiquei pensando e resolvi comentar. Em momento nenhum me falou que eu não sabia que estava fazendo e deixou eu resolver do meu jeito, que logo em seguida se tornou o jeito dele, onde eu levei a peça que ele solicitou que resolveria tinha que dar uma diferença de 125,00 ainda, e eu dei a diferença a outra peça ficou para garantia. Prometeu me ligar depois de 2 dias. Passou 2 dias ele me ligou dizendo que chegou. Moral, a calma a humildade nos impressiona em qualquer momento. Virei cliente e indico qualquer cliente a comprar com ele e o conhecer.
