Não vou entrar em detalhes, mas, ficou muito claro que a empresa só pensa nos seus lucros pouco se importando para os contratos de fato, tentando de qualquer forma cobrar o serviço de administração sobre todo e qualquer valor do contrato de locação, incluindo IPTU, condomínio e outros serviços que são taxados, porém, não fazem parte do valor de locação. Neste momento não preciso de oportunistas.
 I didn't like the service provided.
I won't go into details, but, it was very clear that the company only thinks about its profits, not caring for the actual contracts, trying in any way to charge the administration service on each and every value of the lease, including IPTU, condominium and other services that are taxed, however, are not part of the rental price. I don't need opportunists right now.

A única coisa boa foi a corretora Juliana, depois que passa para o Pedro, esqueçam..Comprei um apartamento com eles, eu e meu esposo só tivemos dor de cabeça.... simplesmente receberam o dinheiro do vendedor e sumiram, não nos auxiliaram em nada. Estamos desde de agosto tendo dor de cabeça correndo atrás do antigo morador para pagar débito. Entrei em contato com outras imobiliária para saber se esse procedimento seria correto, 2 me falaram que estão completamento errados.. eles deveriam ter corrido atrás de tudo e entregado a chave na nossa mão, sendo que nem a chave eles tiveram a capacidade de ir conosco buscar. Detalhe o Sr. Pedro falou que isso não faz parte da imobiliária. Aí pergunto para que serve a imobiliária então? Não pensam no dia de amanhã. Somente neles mesmo.. não indico..vocês só vão ter dor de cabeça, não auxiliam em nada.
My experience was terrible with this real estate. The only good thing was the broker Juliana, after it passes to Pedro, forget it ... I bought an apartment with them, my husband and I just had a headache .... they simply received the money from the seller and disappeared, they didn't help us in nothing. Since August we have been having a headache chasing the old resident to pay off debt. I contacted other real estate companies to find out if this procedure would be correct, 2 told me that they are completely wrong .. they should have run after everything and handed the key in our hand, and even the key they had the ability to go with us search. Detail Mr. Pedro said that this is not part of the real estate. Then I ask what is the real estate for then? They don't think about tomorrow. Only in them ... I do not indicate ... you will only have a headache, they do not help at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um processo de venda e se eu não entrasse teria demorado mais do que demorou, 3 meses o que levaria 40 dias. Não deixa claro informações onde até a entrada o comprador depositou atrasado e a imobiliária só quer ganhar não quer fazer o que é certo. Sai prejudicada messa negociação e eles não tem profissionalismo .me arrependo muito pq eles vem com aquela voz amigável pra fazer o negócio e depois deixa a por sua conta. Nada profissional.
I did a sales process and if I didn't enter it would have taken more than it did, 3 months which would take 40 days. It doesn't make clear information where the buyer deposited late until the down payment and the real estate agent just wants to win and doesn't want to do what's right. The negotiation is harmed and they are not professional. I really regret it because they come with that friendly voice to do the deal and then leave it to you. Nothing professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha uma apartamento alugado através desta imobiliaria . Posso dizer que oferece serviço razoável e impessoal no primeiro contrato . Administracao distante do proprietário e dificilmente responde a e-mails e perguntas simples . Nunca disponíveis para reunião ou encontro pessoal .Nem imagino como é o contato com inquilinos .Não tive problemas com a administração durante a vigência do contrato até a renovação. Atraso e falta de transparência demonstraram sensível falta de interesse para com os administrados .
Felizmente consegui retirar a administração desta imobiliária em tempo pois neste procedimento descobri inúmeras falhas e problemas . Não recomendo .
I had an apartment rented through this real estate agency. I can say that it offers reasonable and impersonal service in the first contract. Administration away from the owner and hardly responds to emails and simple questions. Never available for meeting or meeting in person. I can't imagine how the contact with tenants is. I had no problems with the administration during the term of the contract until the renewal. Delay and lack of transparency demonstrated a noticeable lack of interest towards those administered.
Fortunately I managed to remove the administration of this real estate in time because in this procedure I discovered numerous flaws and problems. I do not recommend .
