One of the best studios in the region. Very good price and professional equipment. I recorded / mixed my first songs there and keep rehearsing in that same place.

Very stuffy place, no ventilation
The unfriendly owner doesn't make you feel comfortable.
Not to mention that it does nothing to improve your recording, perhaps giving tips and suggestions as a professional
